We are looking for a sharp business-minded professional who is comfortable with data and people. This role sits at the intersection of CRM management, revenue operations, business analytics — and is critical to how upGrad Enterprise tracks, forecasts, and grows its business.
Location: Hybrid (Gurugram/Noida)
Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Own and optimize Zoho CRM — ensuring data integrity, workflow creation and efficiency, and driving training and adoption across teams.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data. Build and enforce processes that keep the system reliable, easy to use, and interconnected for all stakeholders.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for different teams, covering pipeline health, deal velocity, KAM performance, and revenue tracking.
- Forecasting: Support revenue forecasting and translate pipeline data into actionable business insights such as client churn, time to conversion, and more.
Key Attributes:
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is a must. Familiarity with Google Looker Studio, Apollo, Zintlr, or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset and Business Acumen: Strong with numbers, comfortable building dashboards and forecasting models, and able to translate data into clear insights.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar tools is a strong plus. We're building AI-powered workflows and value an understanding of how to use technology to automate and improve processes.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Can present findings confidently and work effectively across functions.
- Attention to Detail, Energy & Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work toward meaningful outcomes — someone who asks questions and is always striving to improve processes.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic record. 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or related field preferred.
