We're looking for a Manager – Revenue Assurance to drive end-to-end fee collection, revenue realization, and collection operations across our global programs.
This is a cross-functional role that combines operations, collections, stakeholder management, analytics, and team leadership. You'll work closely with Finance, Student Experience, Admissions, and Program Operations to ensure healthy revenue collection while delivering an excellent student experience.
📌 What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end student fee collection across multiple programs.
- Drive collection targets and improve revenue realization.
- Monitor overdue payments and execute collection strategies.
- Identify collection risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with Finance for reconciliations and revenue reporting.
- Improve collection workflows, SOPs, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
🎯 We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Assurance, Collections, Program Management, Finance Operations, or Business Operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
