About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Admin & Branding Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations while assisting with employer branding and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational tasks and creative work.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal events when required.
- Assist with procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support HR administration such as onboarding documentation and employee engagement activities.
Branding & Marketing
- Create engaging social media content for company branding.
- Design simple marketing materials (e.g. posters, banners, presentations, newsletter).
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms.
- Capture and edit photos/videos during company events.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
- Prior experience in administrative support and/or marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating digital content or managing social media accounts.
- Basic photography or video editing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Working Hours
- Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours a week)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
