We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software testing, API validation, defect tracking, and automation support to ensure high-quality product releases.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Test Engineering.
- Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of Functional Testing and Regression Testing.
- Experience documenting, tracking, and validating software defects.
- Hands-on experience in API Testing and Data Workflow Validation.
- Exposure to Test Automation and improving automated test coverage.
- Experience working with SaaS applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of CPQ, Pricing, Enterprise Workflow Applications, Integrations, or Implementation-driven products is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Validate APIs and end-to-end data workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage.
- Ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
