Salesforce Conga CPQ Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Conga CPQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, Conga CPQ implementation, pricing configurations, callback customizations, and quote lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have solid Apex and LWC skills and the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Implement and customize Conga CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals.
- Develop and enhance Conga Pricing Callbacks, Validation Callbacks, and Callback frameworks.
- Configure Conga Approval Processes and manage quote lifecycle workflows.
- Build scalable, bulk-safe Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
- Design Salesforce automation and integrate Conga CPQ with business applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile/Scrum practices.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong experience in Conga CPQ implementation and customization.
- Expertise in Conga Product Configuration, Pricing Management, and Quote Lifecycle Management.
- Hands-on experience with Conga Pricing Callbacks and Validation Callbacks.
- Knowledge of Conga Approval Processes and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, integrations, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
