Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Business Operations to lead strategic and operational execution across the organization. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to optimize business performance, improve operational efficiency, support organizational growth, and drive cross-functional alignment.
The successful candidate will oversee company-wide operational initiatives, establish key performance metrics, improve internal processes, and help scale the business as we continue expanding our presence in fintech, blockchain, and digital asset markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving operational strategy and execution aligned with company objectives.
• Partnering with executive leadership to establish performance goals and business priorities.
• Developing scalable operational frameworks that support rapid growth.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
• Managing business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
• Identifying operational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and new market expansion initiatives.
• Implementing data-driven reporting systems and performance dashboards.
• Ensuring operational readiness for new products, services, and platform enhancements.
• Building a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
This role requires a highly analytical and strategic leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively navigate the intersection of financial technology, blockchain innovation, and business growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment management, fintech, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success leading operational functions within high-growth organizations.
• Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business performance management experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience building scalable processes and operational infrastructures.
• Ability to interpret complex business data and translate insights into action.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, digital assets, or financial services.
• Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset ecosystems.
• Experience supporting global operations and international business expansion.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations within financial and blockchain markets.
