$180-210k plus bonus

For consideration, candidates must have construction or manufacturing industry experience.
The CFO is responsible for carrying out the company’s strategy for growth and financial reporting accuracy. The position will oversee Accounting, Finance, IT, and Human Resources Departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently carry out company strategy set by the CEO
- Be a strategic advisor to the CEO
- Ensure the financial statements accurately reflect the economic reality of the organization.
- Ensure departments are following company strategy.
- Mentor and develop individuals in related departments as well as others in the organization.
- Live out the company mission, vision, purpose statement, and core values.
- Oversee and provide direct support to accounting, human resources, and IT departments.
- Create monthly financial statements and projections.
- Work with outside accounting firm for tax prep
- Review and evaluate internal accounting control systems.
- Verify payroll, sales and use taxes are paid in multiple states.
- All other duties and responsibilities as needed by ongoing company requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
CFO must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills. Candidate must possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in a construction or manufacturing environment and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
