Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial strategy and operations for LSS-AI Industry 4.0 Evolution, ensuring alignment between financial performance and the company’s AI-driven operational transformation goals. This full-time, hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial planning and budgeting cycles, managing cash flow and capital allocation, and developing long-term financial models to support growth and digital transformation initiatives. The CFO will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, oversight of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. The role also involves partnering with executive leadership to evaluate investments in AI infrastructure and Industry 4.0 solutions, establishing KPIs, assessing financial risks, and communicating insights to stakeholders and potential investors.
Qualifications
- Strong finance foundation, including Finance and Financial Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with a track record of maintaining compliant, accurate, and timely financial records.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, build scenarios, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in senior finance roles, preferably as CFO or equivalent in high-growth or technology-focused organizations.
- Knowledge of capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations, including equity and debt financing strategies.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or technology-driven initiatives; familiarity with AI, Industry 4.0, or SaaS business models is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is highly beneficial.
