-Ownership of all finance and accounting operations for the business
-Lead M&A and fundraising opportunities
-Improve processes and system
-Serve as primary audit lead (with external auditors)
-Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives
MUST HAVE:
-15+ years of progressive semiconductor finance/accounting experience
-Willingness to work in a 'hands on' startup environment
-Deep mastery of US GAAP
-Experience working with international entities and subsidiaries
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This role will serve as a 'hands on' leader across all things accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and legal, as well as a strategic business partner to the CEO and all other executives/Board members.
The individual must be based in (or willing to relocate to) the Bay Area, and able to work in office fully.
