You will be the founding GTM leader reporting directly into the founder of the company and being a key figure on day 1 in driving the business forward. You will create the GTM vision, strategy, processes from the ground up and be responsible for scaling a world class GTM team from the ground up. Your target customer base will be enterprise level and experience operating in this space is a must.
This is for a well known high profile early stage start up in the Multi Agentic AI space with backing from household name venture partners.
Role;
- Partner with leadership to define and create the go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, pricing, packaging and growth initiatives.
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes, capacity modeling, revenue forecasting, territory planning
- Establish KPIs, metrics, operating rhythms and reportings to make better decisions and measure success / performance
- Own onboarding and activation for all accounts
-Build the team and revenue stack. Manage and scale a team of sales, account management of business dev professionals
Requirements;
- MUST have sold to b2b enterprise level customer base, ideally AI related companies
-MUST have worked in a role where you have build a sales function from the ground up
- Experience scaling and managing team of top tier sales individuals
-8+ years in the GTM space
