About CareerTWiN
CareerTWiN is an AI-native startup reimagining how companies hire in the AI era.
We are building the Hiring Genome OS, a platform that helps companies hire from proof, not just resumes. Companies upload a role, candidate batch, and optional hiring history. CareerTWiN learns the company’s hiring bar, identifies missing proof, evaluates candidate evidence, and produces
Candidate Trust Packets showing who is worth interviewing and why.
We are building with global ambition and preparing for the next Y Combinator batch.
We are looking for a Founding Growth & GTM Lead who can help us create early market signal, start serious customer conversations, support founder-led sales, and build the first version of our go-to-market engine.
This is not a regular marketing role.
It is an opportunity to help shape how a new category enters the market.
⸻
Role Overview
As Founding Growth & GTM Lead, you will work directly with the founder to help CareerTWiN find its first serious users, pilot customers, and market conversations.
You will not just “manage social media.”
You will help define our ICP, build lead lists, support founder-led outreach, create sharp LinkedIn content, start conversations with hiring leaders, track pilot opportunities, and turn early feedback into GTM learning.
This role requires someone who can think clearly, write well, research deeply, and execute fast without waiting for perfect instructions.
The founders will remain the trust face of the company. Your job is to help build the system around that trust.
⸻
What You’ll Own
- ICP research across startups, founders, hiring leaders, recruiters, talent teams, and HR tech buyers
- Building targeted lead lists for potential pilots, early adopters, partners, and community conversations
- Supporting founder-led outbound through LinkedIn, email, warm intros, and community channels
- Drafting and refining outreach messages that feel human, specific, and non-spammy
- Helping create LinkedIn posts, founder content, comment strategy, and market narratives
- Tracking interested companies, conversations, warm leads, and pilot opportunities
- Managing lightweight CRM workflows, follow-ups, and outreach notes
- Researching competitors, hiring pain points, recruiting workflows, and buyer behavior
- Helping test positioning around proof-based hiring, AI-native recruiting, candidate trust, and hiring memory
- Turning early customer conversations into clear GTM insights
- Supporting pilot pipeline creation and founder sales preparation
- Helping CareerTWiN become part of the conversation around the future of hiring
⸻
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands that early-stage GTM is not just content, not just sales, and not just strategy.
It is disciplined learning.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with B2B SaaS, startups, recruiting, HR tech, talent, community, or founder-led growth
- Ability to research people, companies, and markets deeply
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a business conversation platform
- Ability to create content that makes smart people stop, think, and respond
- Comfort with outbound, lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
- Good taste in messaging and positioning
- Ability to work with ambiguity and move without constant direction
- Strong execution speed and attention to detail
- Interest in AI, hiring, careers, future of work, and startup building
Startup experience, founder’s office experience, early GTM experience, or prior community-building experience is a strong plus.
⸻
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Build a clear ICP list for CareerTWiN’s early market
- Create and manage a focused lead pipeline
- Help start meaningful conversations with founders, hiring leaders, recruiters, and startup operators

- Test multiple messaging angles and identify what gets real responses
- Help generate early pilot conversations
- Build a simple but disciplined CRM and follow-up system
- Turn market feedback into clear insights for product and positioning
Within your first year, you will help CareerTWiN build the foundation for a repeatable GTM motion.
