For our client, we are seeking a Amazon GTM Partnership Startups to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: New York City, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $300,000 – $355,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the company’s startup ecosystem via AWS partnership
- Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for the partnership
- Cultivate executive-level relationships within AWS
- Drive execution of joint marketing and sales initiatives
- Design scalable processes for partnership operations and performance reporting
- Provide market intelligence to guide product and business strategies
- Create segment-specific sales and enablement programs for startups
- Participate in annual business reviews with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships focusing on startups
- Ability to develop and execute co-selling or joint go-to-market strategies with major cloud partners
- Proven experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
- Capability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution needs
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
