Group Head – Finance & Strategy | Hyderabad
We're looking for an exceptional Group Head – Finance & Strategy to join a diversified listed multinational group with operations across India, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
This is a strategic leadership role partnering directly with the CEO & MD to drive financial excellence, capital allocation, business strategy, governance, investments, and long-term growth across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group Finance, Treasury, Capital Structure & Banking
- Drive strategic planning, execution, and performance governance
- Lead fundraising with Indian & international banks, DFIs and financial institutions
- Oversee enterprise risk management, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance
- Evaluate investments, M&A opportunities, and capital expenditure
- Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and operational discipline
- Strengthen investor relations and regulatory reporting
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and finance process excellence
Ideal Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA/PGDM preferred
- 20–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- At least 5 years leading Group Finance in a listed, multi-entity organization
- Strong experience in treasury, fundraising, strategic finance, governance, M&A, and business partnering
- Proven ability to influence Boards, CXOs, investors, and global stakeholders
