About Ridhira Group
Ridhira Group is building a next-generation hospitality platform focused on acquiring, repositioning, and operating premium hotels and resorts across India. Our business model is centered on identifying underperforming or strategic hospitality assets, acquiring them, restructuring ownership through PropCo–OpCo models, repositioning the assets, and maximizing long-term value.
We are looking for a seasoned finance leader who has been at the forefront of hotel acquisitions, takeovers, ownership platforms, and hospitality investments.
The Role
The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the leadership team, partnering directly with the Promoters and CEO to drive the Group's aggressive expansion strategy through acquisitions, strategic investments, and institutional capital.
This is not a conventional hotel CFO role. We are specifically seeking a leader with deep experience in buying operating hotels, hotel takeovers, hospitality M&A, asset acquisitions, PropCo–OpCo structures, and institutional finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy for acquiring, taking over, and integrating operating hotels and resorts.
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, commercial due diligence, and investment analysis.
- Structure transactions involving hotel acquisitions, SPVs, PropCo–OpCo models, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead hospitality M&A transactions from origination through completion and post-acquisition integration.
- Develop financing strategies for acquisitions, including debt syndication, structured finance, refinancing, and capital raising.
- Build and manage relationships with banks, private equity funds, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Drive treasury, cash flow, taxation, compliance, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise risk management.
- Support portfolio optimisation, hotel repositioning, and value creation initiatives across owned assets.
- Lead investor relations and Board reporting while ensuring world-class financial governance.
- Build scalable finance systems to support rapid portfolio growth.
Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have direct experience in one or more of the following:
- Acquiring operating hotels.
- Hotel takeover transactions.
- Hospitality mergers and acquisitions.
- Hotel ownership platforms.
- Hospitality asset management.
- Hotel portfolio acquisitions.
- Hotel investment platforms.
- Hospitality private equity or institutional investment.
- PropCo–OpCo structures.
- Brownfield hotel acquisitions and repositioning.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. MBA/CFA is an added advantage.
- 18–25+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Proven track record in hospitality acquisitions, structured finance, institutional fund raising, treasury, and corporate finance.
- Strong experience negotiating with lenders, investors, hotel operators, and transaction advisors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex acquisition and integration projects.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a CFO who has personally led or played a significant role in buying hotels, executing hotel takeovers, raising capital for hospitality acquisitions, integrating acquired assets, and creating value through portfolio expansion.
If your experience is primarily limited to hotel operations finance or financial controllership without exposure to acquisitions and investment transactions, this role may not be the right fit.

- Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA or CFA preferred.
- 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong experience in hospitality, hotel ownership platforms, hospitality investments, real estate, infrastructure, or private equity-backed businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in hotel acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions, structured finance, and institutional fund raising.
- Hands-on expertise in hospitality asset management, SPVs, PropCo–OpCo structures, treasury, debt syndication, and capital structuring.
- Proven track record of working with banks, institutional investors, and investment committees.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic business decisions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
