.What You Will Ow
n1. Strategic Finance & Business Partnerin
- gLead group-level financial planning — annual budgets, rolling forecasts, cash-flow planning and long-range business plan
- sPartner with the Board and business heads on pricing, capex, expansion projects and new venture
- sManage treasury, working capital, banking relationships and fund-raising (debt/equity) as the group scale
- sBuild sharp, decision-ready MIS and dashboards for monthly management and Board review
s2. Accounting Operations & Control
- sOwn day-to-day accounting across all group companies — books of account, month-end close and group consolidatio
- nInstitute robust Internal Financial Controls (IFC), SOPs, delegation-of-authority and review mechanism
- sDrive finance digitisation on SAP Business One — automation, cost analytics and real-time reportin
g3. Audits & Taxatio
- nAct as the single point of ownership for statutory, internal, tax and cost audits — from planning to closur
- eManage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, TDS, GST) — compliance, assessments and tax plannin
g4. Listed-Company & Regulatory Complianc
- eEnsure complete, on-time compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and stock-exchange requirements — quarterly results, disclosures and filing
- sOversee ROC / MCA compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, working hand-in-hand with the Company Secretar
- ySupport Board, Audit Committee and shareholder meetings; certify financial results in the capacity of CFO / KM
- POwn investor-facing financial communication and build the group's credibility with the capital market

- pLead, mentor and upgrade the accounts & finance teams across the grou

nWho Should Appl
- yChartered Accountant (CA); a CS qualification or MBA (Finance) is an added advantag
- e7–12 years of progressive finance & accounts experience with leadership exposure; exceptional candidates outside this range are welcome to appl
- yWorking knowledge of Ind AS, the Companies Act 2013, SEBI (LODR), GST and Income Tax; hands-on listed-company exposure strongly preferre
- dManufacturing / engineering-sector experience is a plus; ERP fluency (SAP B1 or similar) is value
