As we continue to strengthen our organisation and expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the Promoters and senior management, providing strategic financial leadership while ensuring financial stability, compliance, and long-term value creation across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and statutory financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.
- Lead internal and external audits while ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Drive capital structure planning, fundraising, banking relationships, and project financing.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor cost optimisation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, corporate finance, or financial le
