About the Opportunity
An established family office and investment management firm is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial, accounting, tax, compliance, and administrative functions of the organization. This is a hands-on executive leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of the firm's financial operations across the management company and affiliated investment entities.
The CFO will serve as the primary steward of the firm's financial infrastructure, partnering closely with ownership and external advisors to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, investor communications, and operational excellence. While the position provides strategic financial guidance, the role is predominantly focused on the back-office management of the organization rather than investment underwriting or portfolio management.
This opportunity is well suited for a technically strong finance executive who enjoys operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment are paramount.
