StevenDouglas has been retained to identify a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing $20M profitable founder-led digital healthcare services company headquartered in Phoenix. The CFO will be the company's first true strategic finance leader and a genuine business partner to the CEO.

We are seeking a growth-oriented finance leader, potentially a rising number-two ready to step into their first CFO seat. This person wants ownership of all financial functions (accounting, reporting, planning, cash management, audit readiness, and financial systems) and has ambitions that extend beyond finance into operational modeling, compensation design, and business process improvement as a strategic partner to the CEO and board.

The CEO is looking for an operating partner they can trust with real ownership, someone who can work independently, and who earns credibility by making the complex simple.

Healthcare industry experience is required.

Residing in Greater Phoenix, or having an interest in relocating there, is required.
