Position Overview
As a GTM Engineer at Gloroots, you will be the sole owner of the US outbound engine — designing, building, and running automated systems that generate a consistent, high-quality pipeline of leads with no team to fall back on. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who treats outbound as an engineering problem, moves fast on experiments, and is wired to optimize relentlessly toward pipeline outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Independently design and operate multi-channel outbound systems across email, LinkedIn, and Telegram targeting US-based B2B prospects
- Build and maintain lead generation infrastructure including prospecting workflows, sequencing logic, and enrichment pipelines — end to end
- Own outbound metrics completely — reply rates, meeting-booked rates, pipeline generated — and run structured A/B experiments to improve them
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate outbound tooling (enrichment, automation, CRM) to increase system efficiency and scale without adding headcount
- Build and continuously refine ICP-aligned prospect lists using firmographic data, intent signals, and behavioral triggers
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align messaging and feed qualified, meeting-ready pipeline directly into the closing motion
- Document outbound playbooks, system architecture, and performance benchmarks to create a repeatable, scalable foundation
Must-Have Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation or GTM engineering roles
- Proven track record running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Telegram for B2B companies
- Demonstrated ability to architect and operate outbound systems independently — not just execute campaigns but own the full workflow stack
- Experience generating pipeline for US markets as a solo operator or primary owner
- Strong command of outbound metrics (reply rates, booked meetings, pipeline value) with a verifiable history of hitting or exceeding targets
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or HR tech startup
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outbound/enrichment tools
- Exposure to intent data platforms or signal-based prospecting
- Prior experience building outbound playbooks from scratch in a 0→1 environment
- Demonstrable bias for action — shipped experiments fast, iterated without waiting for perfect conditions
