- Steward the leadership office's financial administration — overseeing expense governance, budget reconciliation, and policy compliance across enterprise systems (Costpoint and related).
- Own meeting preparation and decision flow — framing agendas and pre-reads, capturing decisions, and driving action items to closure.
- Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, recognition programs, status updates, and reporting on behalf of the leadership office.
- Support AI enablement initiatives and contribute ideas and recommendations that help shape future organizational priorities and Cloud strategy.
- Serve as a trusted gateway to the leadership office, exercising sound judgment and discretion on confidential and sensitive matters.
Rhythm of Business & Organizational Coordination
- Maintain the leadership operating cadence — staff meetings, skip-levels, business reviews, and all-hands.
- Track cross-team action items, commitments, and goals; follow up to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Coordinate internal communications, status updates, and reporting on behalf of the leadership office.
- Help prepare and format leadership materials and presentations to a polished, brand-aligned standard.
Team Building, Culture & Events
- Plan and execute team-building activities, team offsites, and large-scale engagement events — including regional and global gatherings of several hundred attendees.
- Manage event budgets, venues, vendors, catering, travel, and on-site logistics from concept through execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Lead recognition and culture initiatives that strengthen morale and connection across a distributed organization.
