Join a growing investment-focused organization seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial reporting, performance oversight, and operational finance functions. This executive role will partner closely with leadership to drive financial strategy, reporting excellence, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial reporting, planning, and performance measurement functions
- Oversee fund economics, fee structures, expense allocations, and investor reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
- Develop financial controls, processes, and scalable operating frameworks
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of finance, accounting, or investment management experience
- Strong background in private equity, alternative investments, fund accounting, or financial reporting
- Deep understanding of fund performance metrics, financial controls, and investor reporting
- Proven leadership experience building and managing teams
- CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
