ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our retained client is a multi-state provider of human capital to a wide variety of businesses throughout the United States. Their mission, “Success Stories Created Daily,” reflects their unwavering commitment to empowering both individuals and businesses to reach their goals. After more than 40 years of delivering outstanding results to clients, the owners of the firm joined with a private equity group in 2024 to take their company to the next level. Those owners remain with the company today, but in a minority ownership capacity. Shortly after partnering with the private equity firm, a bolt on acquisition was made, and more are planned for the future. The company has about 300 employees in locations throughout the west and mid-west regions of the US. Key offices for leaders of the business are in Chicago, Phoenix and the Seattle area. Each week thousands of people are deployed with clients.
