Brilliant is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a mission-driven finance leader who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence. The CFO will oversee the organization's financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, audit, and long-term financial planning while serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Nonprofit financial leadership
- GAAP financial reporting and internal controls
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Grant and fund accounting
- Cash flow, treasury, and risk management
- Audit, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Board reporting and executive leadership
- Building and developing high-performing finance teams
