The role
This is a founding GTM hire for the US, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue. You will build the North America go to market presence from the ground up and give a world-class R&D org the commercial engine it deserves.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end sales process across a roughly 50/50 mix of inbound PLG leads and outbound enterprise opportunities, with deal cycles ranging from weeks to months.
- Partner with the GTM Engineer on outbound automation and prospecting campaigns, and run your own custom outreach on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering to win complex POCs.
- Build trust and credibility with a deeply technical customer base of developers, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.
- Help define and shape the GTM strategy, identifying new verticals and use cases for the platform.
What we're looking for
- 5 to 10 years in a customer-facing GTM role (AE or SE) with strong technical aptitude.
- Proven experience selling a complex technical product to a technical audience.
- Clear progression through sales roles, for example SDR to AE.
- Experience with both PLG and enterprise sales motions.
- Genuine curiosity about the AI space, and the autonomy to operate as the first GTM hire in a new region.
Bonus points
- Experience selling AI or voice AI products.
- Experience selling developer tools such as databases, GPUs, or cloud infrastructure.
Compensation and benefits
- Base: $150K-$200K
- OTE: $300K-$400K, with a 50/50 base to commission split

Location and work model
Hybrid, with a strong preference for 3 days per week in office in the South Bay (Palo Alto). Open to remote for exceptional candidates. H-1B transfers are welcome, but new visa sponsorship is not available.
