Role Description
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for driving revenue growth across all service lines at Esse India. The CRO will oversee sales strategy, lead generation initiatives, and account management activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and market positioning in immigration and visa consulting. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting revenue targets, managing and mentoring sales and business development teams, optimizing sales operations, and monitoring performance metrics and pipelines. The CRO will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and senior management to design and execute strategic plans, improve client acquisition and retention, and identify opportunities for new services and market expansion. The role also involves regular reporting to leadership, implementing data-driven decision-making, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management, including developing pipelines, nurturing client relationships, and improving client lifetime value.
- Strong Strategic Planning skills, with experience designing and executing growth strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans.
- Extensive experience in professional services or consulting environments; immigration, legal, or related service industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to use CRM and sales analytics tools to drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement.
