Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven HubSpot CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to own the complete HubSpot ecosystem and optimize revenue operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and HubSpot CRM Administration, with experience managing CRM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
You will be responsible for building scalable sales processes, improving operational efficiency through automation, managing the end-to-end HubSpot platform, and enabling data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end administration and management of HubSpot CRM across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Design, optimize, and automate revenue operations processes to improve sales productivity and business efficiency.
- Build scalable sales workflows covering the complete funnel—from MQL generation to conversions, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain sales pipelines, forecasting models, dashboards, and revenue reporting frameworks.
- Configure and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, email cadences, lead routing, and lifecycle stages.
- Streamline outbound and inbound sales operations through automation and best practices.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct market research and leverage analytics to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure CRM data quality, governance, user adoption, and process standardization across the organization.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing and sales tools to improve campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a B2B SaaS product company within the Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives domain.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM from an administrator perspective.
- Experience owning the complete HubSpot lifecycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience managing HubSpot for 200+ users/employees.

- Has recent experience in a B2B SaaS company within the Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives industry.
- Has managed HubSpot for 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Has successfully built scalable sales processes, forecasting models, and automation workflows.
- Is highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about process optimization.
- Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
