Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable CPQ solutions, Salesforce customization, integrations, and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud) solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approvals, and contract lifecycle.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, Billing, Orders, Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, and Subscription Management.
- Build and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
- Optimize Salesforce performance by following development best practices, governor limits, and security standards.
- Participate in solution design, technical architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and architects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein for Developers, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding assistants to improve development efficiency, documentation, testing, and code quality.
- Support CI/CD implementation using Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce Billing, Orders, Contracts, Renewals, Amendments, and Subscription Management.
- Strong development experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Flows, and Batch Apex.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth, and MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
AI & Automation Skills
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein for Developers, ChatGPT, Cursor AI, or similar AI-powered development tools.
- Experience using AI for code generation, unit test creation, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvements.
- Understanding of Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce AI Associate or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations with Revenue Cloud and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
