JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior RevOps Analyst — RML
Revenue Operations | Mumbai, India (In-Office) | Reports to VP, Revenue Operations
Location Mumbai, India — In-Office
Function Revenue Operations (Global RevOps Org)
Reports To VP, Revenue Operations
Embedded In RML — Enterprise, Aggregator, Partnerships, ILDO
Type Full-Time
About The Role
This is the first dedicated RevOps presence at RML. We are looking for a Senior RevOps Analyst to embed full-time in the Mumbai office, sitting within the Global RevOps organisation and dedicated entirely to the RML business across Enterprise, Aggregator, Partnerships, and ILDO.
RML has scaled quickly and built a strong commercial foundation. As the business grows, so does the need for dedicated operational infrastructure — structured target governance, consistent reporting, and a single view of performance across all segments. This role establishes that foundation, embedding RevOps capability directly into the RML team for the first time. You will work closely with RML and BU2 leadership from day one, so seniority and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly are important.
What You Will Own
Serve as the single RevOps point of contact for RML Sales and CS leadership across all four segments
Own target-setting governance and tracking for RML — establish central ownership and consistent methodology across the business
Build and maintain a single source of truth for RML performance reporting, replacing fragmented multi-system reporting
Resolve data inconsistencies across allocations, product tagging, and account mapping that currently create misalignment between RML and the rest of BU2
Establish and enforce shared definitions across RML and BU2 — so leadership is working from the same view of the business
Own end-to-end performance visibility across all RML segments — pipeline health, forecast cadence, CS health scores, and renewal exposure
Represent RML data and operational needs within the Global RevOps org; surface regional insights upstream
Drive account mapping and reporting workstreams currently reconciled manually by central RevOps and RML leadership
What We Are Looking For
6-10 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a senior analytical role in a B2B environment
Proven experience as a trusted operational partner to senior Sales or CS leadership — not just a report producer
Strong proficiency in Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel
Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) — able to own data quality, build reports, and diagnose problems directly
Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms is a strong plus — familiarity with how ERP data connects to commercial reporting
Experience resolving data inconsistencies across systems — allocations, tagging, account mapping, or similar
Exposure to telecom, B2B technology, or multi-segment commercial environments is a strong plus
In-office presence in Mumbai is required — proximity to the RML business is essential
Excellent written and spoken English
What Success Looks Like
A single source of truth for RML performance reporting is live and trusted by leadership
Target governance is in place and consistently applied across all four RML segments
Data inconsistencies between RML and BU2 are identified, documented, and resolved
RML and BU2 leadership are working from shared definitions and a single view of the business
Central RevOps team is no longer carrying RML reconciliation workload
WHY THIS ROLE
First RevOps hire at RML — build the function from the ground up with full leadership backing
Direct exposure to RML and BU2 senior leadership from day one
Part of a globally coordinated RevOps org with clear mandates and a direct line to the CRO
