Lead financial strategy, reporting, and IT/AI for a growing multi-site food manufacturer. Mentor a small finance team and partner with executive leadership to drive automation, cash flow, and site consolidation during an exciting growth phase.
Duties
- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk compliance.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team across payroll, accounts, and analysis.
- Elevate financial reporting, dashboards, and company-wide financial acumen.
- Partner with IT to identify AI and automation opportunities.
- Support the business through site consolidation and change management.
Skills & experience
- Hold a Commerce/Accounting degree with active CA or CPA qualification.
- Possess Finance Manager or Financial Controller experience, ideally in FMCG/manufacturing.
- Demonstrate background in plant or cost accounting.
- Exhibit strong interest in ERP systems (Pronto preferred) and AI process improvement.
- Display proven track record of hands-on leadership and clear stakeholder communication.
