About the Role:
Recruitmark is partnering with a well-established and growing family-run business to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational financial leadership, acting as a trusted advisor while strengthening financial governance, reporting, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Directors to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, supporting sustainable growth and long-term business objectives.
- Leading the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems, driving process improvements, strengthening financial controls, and improving operational efficiency.
- Providing commercial insights through financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Strengthening financial governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks while embedding financial discipline across the organisation.
- Building and leading a high-performing finance function, collaborating with operational leaders to improve business performance, profitability, and scalability.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, with CA, CPA, or MBA qualifications highly regarded.
- Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to Directors and Executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading finance transformation, including ERP implementation, process improvement, and the development of scalable financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial modelling, and corporate governance.
- Demonstrated commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decision-making and partner effectively with executive leadership.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving organisational change.
