About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations for our company. This is a shared role — the position and its cost are split with a partner company in the construction-tech space, meaning you'll serve as CFO for both organizations under one full-time role. The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership experience from a startup or growth-stage environment, is comfortable operating with lean finance teams, and is excited to help build the financial backbone of two connected, fast-moving companies at once.
With active fundraising underway and 150+ active projects across the business, you'll have the opportunity to shape financial strategy, investor relations, and reporting infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an excellent role for someone who wants real ownership over company finances and the ability to work directly with Spacial's CEOs on growth, fundraising, and long-term strategy.
