We are recruiting a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of a privately held, owner-operated healthcare services company in the Baltimore area. The organization has grown significantly over the past several years and is now a $100M+ operation with multiple entities and locations across several states.
This is the number one finance seat — reporting directly to the CEO and ownership. The books are in solid shape. The revenue cycle team is strong and well-led. What the company needs now is a CFO who can build: build the team, build the financial planning infrastructure, and build the systems foundation to match the company's scale and trajectory.
What you'll own:
• Full ownership of financial statements, reporting, and close process across multiple entities
• Building a budgeting and forecasting function from the ground up
• Leading the evaluation and implementation of a new financial platform
• Developing and right-sizing the accounting team
• Contributing at the senior leadership level — this is a seat at the table, not a back-office role
What we're looking for:
• Senior finance leadership experience in healthcare — revenue cycle familiarity is a meaningful plus
• Multi-entity or multi-location financial management experience
• Track record of building and developing accounting teams
• Hands-on operator who's comfortable at both the strategic and technical level
• CPA a plus (but not required)
Compensation:
Base salary as high as $250K for a superstar, commensurate with experience. Performance bonus tied to EBITDA. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
If you're a finance leader who has thrived in complex, fast-moving healthcare environments and wants to own something — we'd like to talk.
