You don't need to be a professional automotive expert, but you should have a solid understanding of cars and be comfortable learning quickly. More importantly, you should know how to support and manage a car business using digital tools and online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day digital operations of a car business.
- Manage online vehicle listings and keep information accurate.
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Research vehicle information and market trends.
- Help organize business processes and maintain records.
Requirements
- Available to work during PST hours.
- Good technical and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of cars (makes, models, features, and specifications).
- Comfortable using digital platforms and online business tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
