Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage business operations and a team.
- Monitor business performance, MIS, and operational activities.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team handling.
- Excellent data analytics and business acumen.
- NBFC / BFSI / Banking experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- CIBIL score should be above 700.
- Candidates with genuine career or medical gaps may be considered.
