Your Next Opportunity:
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Reporting Analyst who can hit the ground running. This role sits within our Revenue Operations team and owns the reporting layer across our revenue stack—including pipeline health, lifecycle stages, attribution, forecasting inputs, and leadership dashboards.
You will play a key role in ensuring reporting is accurate, improving data quality, standardizing revenue reporting, and building the reporting foundation that supports Marketing and Sales.
The right candidate has done this before. You have direct experience building pipeline and lifecycle reports in HubSpot and/or Salesforce, you know how to pull data through connector tools like Equals or Coefficient into Excel, and you produce clean, accurate outputs without needing extensive ramp-up. You are given requirements and deliver consistently, accurately, and independently.
What You'll Do
Pipeline & Lifecycle Reporting
- Own pipeline and lifecycle stage reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce—this is a core, non-negotiable part of the role.
- Build and maintain recurring reports tracking deal movement, stage conversion rates, sales velocity, and funnel health for Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
- Build, maintain, and continuously optimize Sales Manager reporting in HubSpot, delivering deeper insights into pipeline health, funnel velocity, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to identify reporting requirements and recommend new HubSpot properties, workflows, and CRM enhancements needed to support evolving reporting needs.
- Develop advanced attribution and campaign performance reporting in HubSpot that supports the CMO's marketing attribution models and revenue measurement strategy.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages on time with zero ambiguity in the numbers.
Data Connectivity & Systems Integration
- Independently set up and manage data connections using tools such as Equals, Coefficient, or equivalent platforms to pipe CRM and revenue data into Excel.
- Perform ongoing reconciliation and gap analysis between Salesforce and HubSpot, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in ARR, deal counts, and other key revenue metrics.
- Know how to connect data sources, maintain those connections, and troubleshoot when something breaks without escalating routine issues.
- Stay current on reporting and integration tools and recommend better solutions when appropriate.
Excel Reporting & Analysis
- Build sophisticated Excel workbooks using pivot tables, dynamic formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and structured layouts that leadership can read at a glance.
- Translate raw CRM and revenue data into clear, accurate summaries for forecasting reviews, operational reporting, and executive decision-making.
- Maintain and improve existing reporting templates as the business evolves.
Forecasting & Operational Reporting
- Pull, structure, and validate data for weekly and monthly revenue forecasting cycles.
- Ensure forecast inputs are clean, consistent, and reconciled with CRM data, proactively flagging discrepancies.
- Produce daily operational reports and dashboards for Marketing and Sales, ensuring leadership has timely, accurate visibility into revenue performance and key business metrics.
What You Need to Bring
Experience
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations reporting role.
- Demonstrated experience building and owning pipeline and lifecycle reports in HubSpot and/or Salesforce. This is a hard requirement; candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Proven track record of delivering accurate, recurring reporting to revenue and leadership teams.
Technical Skills
- HubSpot and/or Salesforce: Proficient in report building, custom views, dashboards, workflows, CRM properties, and data structures—not just basic usage.
- Excel: Advanced proficiency including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, and structured workbook design.
- Data connectors: Hands-on experience with tools such as Equals, Coefficient, or similar platforms that connect CRM data to spreadsheets.
- SQL: Familiarity with basic queries to pull and validate data is a strong plus.
- Utilize AI tools and AI agents to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, generate actionable insights, and improve business decision-making.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 30 days, you have mapped our existing reporting landscape, identified reporting gaps, and begun independently delivering core pipeline and lifecycle reporting.
By 90 days, you have successfully recreated key Sales Manager reports in HubSpot, established trusted reporting parity between Salesforce and HubSpot for core revenue metrics, enhanced attribution reporting that supports the CMO's measurement models, and are delivering reliable operational reporting that Marketing and Sales leadership depend on daily.
