Lightspeed is looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Analyst for our Global Revenue Insights Team in RevOps at our Headquartered office in Montreal. The Revenue Operations team is core to the success of our go-to-market functions (Sales, Marketing, Launch, Customer Success, Support). By analyzing and optimizing operational data, you'll accelerate and improve our ability to make decisions by ensuring we have access to timely and accurate insights. If you love digging into the root causes of problems, finding patterns, and working with multiple teams, then this is the role for you. This position is responsible for maintaining controls, conducting audits, and driving the adoption of the UP exclusions policy. By acting as the primary owner of the process, the role ensures compliance, reduces invalid exclusions, and supports strategic decision-making through data and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver reporting and insights to stakeholders, including exclusion rate statistics for GTM leads, product feature gaps to the Product team, and data errors to the Data team.
- Conduct on going reviews and audits of the UP exclusions list of the front and backbook
- Manage the UP exclusions policy, including updates, approvals, and enabling stakeholders with proper guidance.
- Identify, flag, and coordinate the removal of expired exclusions, collaborating with Sales to communicate timelines and actions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders experiencing issues with exclusion processes or tools like Salesforce and ChurnZero.
- Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to improve the exclusions process and ensure its adoption across teams.
- Take on secondary Revenue Operations analysis and reporting tasks beyond the UP mandate, collaborating with other analysts to deliver broader reporting and operational insights.
What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

- Experience driving cross-functional outcomes, ideally with stakeholders as diverse as Data, IT, IS, Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience managing large & complex data sets
