Key Responsibilities
- Identifies inefficiencies in the sales process and implements solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Works with the sales team and sales leadership to provide support and ensures they have the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to succeed
- Manages and administers sales technology platforms used by the sales team (e.g., dashboards, sales funnels, sales partner agreements, DOA, MRO pricing program, AML, Questionnaires, MyVelan webpage management, etc.), which may include configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Works with sales leadership, develops and manages reports and KPIs to track performance
- Supports and manages programs such as Product development and Sales Inventory and Operational
- Planning (SIOP)

Requirements
- University degree in Sales, Engineering, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or an equivalent position
- Strong knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Familiarity with Power BI an asset
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of CRM and/or other Sales Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Knows how to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
- Time management and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Bilingual (French and English)
