About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Operations & Strategy Manager to work closely with the leadership team and drive critical business priorities across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, improving processes, coordinating across teams and ensuring that important initiatives move from problem identification to execution and closure.
What You Will Own
- Drive critical operational priorities identified by leadership.
- Review workflows, identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
- Own escalations and resolution journeys, ensuring timely closure.
- Work closely with Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify recurring operational problems and convert them into process or product improvements.
- Build and improve SOPs, trackers, dashboards and operating mechanisms.
- Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Support operational initiatives related to international expansion.
- Drive accountability, follow-through and closure across key initiatives.
- Act as a trusted problem-solving partner to the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Founder’s Office, Product Operations, Program Management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects or processes from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology, SaaS, AI or high-growth businesses is preferred.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, analytics or process optimization will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
