We are recruiting for a CFO at a fast-growing firm with a regional presence. We’re looking for a hands-on CFO who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and build from the ground up.
The Role
As our CFO, you will own the entire finance function – from debt financing, capital allocation to FP&A. You’ll manage a small but growing business, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. This is not a role for someone who needs a large support staff or perfect processes. You will need to be resilient, assertive, and comfortable making decisions in a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Treasury & Debt Financing: Manage cash flow, optimise working capital, and manage debt financing efforts (i.e. lender negotiations).
- Corporate Finance & Capital Allocation: Manage corporate finance transactions, capital allocation and investments
- FP&A: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Provide actionable insights to leadership to drive growth and profitability.
- Operational Finance: Build and maintain scalable financial processes, controls, and systems
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support key business decisions and own strategic initiatives
What You Bring
- Proven experience: 14+ year of experience in the finance function with corporate finance, debt financing/investment experience and FP&A exposure
- A track record of thriving in lean teams is strongly preferred
- Relevant industry exposure: you come from infrastructure, data centres or mission-critical infrastructure space and know what the function needs to get things going
*Prior experience in corporate finance/investment is required for this role.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
