A leading consumer goods organisation, our client has embarked on a strategic agenda to drive business growth and product offerings. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a commercially astute CFO to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will provide sound financial and commercial counsel in support of strategic decisions and business performance management. In addition to this strategic hat, you will lead the end-to-end Finance function, championing strong governance and best practices to drive operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in driving transformation initiatives, including the implementation of digital finance tools and advanced data analytics capabilities.
Experience
Ideally, you are a seasoned CFO with 20+ years of experience in the FMCG space. Prior exposure to board engagement and manufacturing operations would be highly valued. Armed with strong commercial acumen, you are known to challenge the status quo and influence decisions at the executive level. Prior expertise in revenue growth management would be highly regarded. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, agile and resourceful.
