We've got an incredible opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
You'll need your own pc/laptop and headset, but we'll provide all the necessary software. Working hours will be on US time, so it's essential you can work between 1 pm - 9 pm, Monday - Friday.
Salary: £35k with opportunity for performance-based bonuses
This role has scope to grow and progress to an Account Executive position in the future, so is a great opportunity for anyone working in SaaS sales in a more junior role to take the next step in their career.
Your mission
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be working directly under the VP of Sales and responsible for email communications, follow-up communications, CRM management, and providing sales support as needed.
Overall, your role will be instrumental in supporting the VP's productivity and effectiveness, allowing them to focus on customer demonstrations, strategic initiatives and driving sales growth.
.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team' calendar, including scheduling meetings and follow ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Manage email correspondence on behalf of the sales team
- Guiding customers down the sales funnel and processes
- Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the sales team
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless operations
Our ideal Sales Operations Administrator would have:
- Experience in managing CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive (or similar)
- Experience working within a sales team, ideally SaaS
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to craft persuasive and engaging emails
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
