Highly confidential senior role： Pre-IPO CFO

My client is a US fast-growing cloud infrastructure startup focused purely on AI high-performance computing. The business grows fast worldwide, and has expanded key clients in Asia, Europe, and the US. The company has completed its Series B financing and targets an IPO next year.

The job will be based in US or Singapore, directly working with the founder.

You will take overall charge of IPO financing and compliance management.

Core Professional Requirements

Candidates shall have solid professional experience in financing and listing compliance. A MD (Managing Director) level background or above in investment banking meets the baseline competency requirement for this role.

Candidate Profile & Background Criteria

1. Nationality & Work Background: Western candidates is preferred. Professional experience in investment banking across Singapore, Hong Kong, or the United States is preferred.

2. Education: Solid, reputable educational background (top-tier academic credentials preferred).

3. Professional Experience: Proven hands-on corporate financing experience (no regional restrictions on working experience).
