This role serves as a critical business partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations by driving data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. Responsible for sales analytics, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, the Sales Operations and Business Analyst transform complex data into actionable insights that support bookings growth, margin optimization, and strategic planning. This position enhances visibility into sales performance, streamlines reporting processes, and helps ensure achievement of revenue objectives while supporting executive-level decision making.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Weekly Sales Performance Reporting
- Generate and distribute the Daily and Weekly Executive Orders Report to Finance, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Operations, and NA Sales.
- Track and manage the CRM Opportunity Funnel to facilitate regional pipeline updates.
- Produce regular operational outputs, including Channel Partner Reports.
Data Analytics & Pipeline Maintenance
- Perform routine data cleansing that combines daily reports and Oracle outputs.
- Identify and resolve order entry exceptions and handle strategic business unit (SBU) allocations.
- Establish consistent logic for Greenfield project orders using CRM data.
Forecasting & Financial Alignment
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to support Forecasting execution.
- Provide analytical support to balance sales projections with strategic business insights.
Process Automation & Development
- Continuously optimize reporting efficiency, reducing manual processing time through automation.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to consolidate CRM and ERP data.
- Work with IT teams to establish direct ERP (SAP/Oracle) connections to resolve bottlenecks

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Finance or Related
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or Business Operations Analyst.
- Excel: Advanced skills
- Proficiency in AI platforms
- Advanced experience with Power BI (building custom visuals, tab structures, and DAX modeling).
- Cross-Functional Communication: Proven ability to interface effectively with Sales Leadership, Finance, Project Management Offices (PMO), and Operations teams
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Direct working experience with ERP’s (Oracle or SAP)
- CRM Platforms: High proficiency in managing CRM opportunity funnels (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
