Camino Search are working with a PE backed, mid-market firm. The business has gone through rapid scaling & internationalisation, and is now at an inflexion point to drive professionalisation to reporting, controlling and FP&A.
This role will involve strategically partnering the CEO, while drive automation and transformation to the businesses processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Professionalisation of reporting, controlling and FP&A functions
- Run transformation projects alongside PMO team
- Drive improvements to internal controls and processes
- Oversee accurate financial reporting, forecasting and budgets
- Support strategic decisions with financial insight
- Improve the quality of FP&A and KPI tracking
- Communicate with investors, banks, and auditors
- Lead and stabilise the finance team
