For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This leader will own revenue operations strategy for a scaled go-to-market organization, with a strong focus on forecasting, capacity planning, productivity, quota setting, and incentive design. The role partners closely with senior sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional business partners to improve execution and support revenue growth. It also includes leading and developing a team that supports New Business AEs, SDRs, and Partnerships.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $258,000 – $322,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior sales leadership to enhance strategies and incentive structures for revenue growth
- Lead cross-department initiatives to implement operational improvements
- Manage forecasting, capacity planning, productivity tracking, quota setting, and incentive design
- Develop a team of 6+ supporting New Business AEs, SDRs, and Partnerships
- Present insights on strategy and performance to senior leaders
- Drive annual planning for GTM teams in collaboration with finance and business partners
- Identify efficiency improvements through process automation and reporting enhancements
Qualifications
- 8+ years in revenue operations or sales strategy
- 2+ years managing managers, ideally in Fintech or SaaS
- Experience in sales funnels, processes, and methodologies for scaled revenue organizations
- Direct experience with incentive design and coverage models for AE and SDR teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach in cross-functional environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and automation tools
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and complex modeling
