What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Operational Analyst at Futurae you will play a pivotal role in establishing efficient sales processes and contributing to the company's growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success but also operations and product) to ensure that deals are structured effectively, aligned with our goals, and drive revenue growth. Effective communication, organization, and a deep understanding of Futurae's products and services are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Optimize processes: By refining existing processes, implementing sales best practices, and identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel, you'll elevate the Sales Team's performance, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the board Performance Metrics and Forecasting: Monitor and report on Sales Team performance, while actively contributing to the development of sales forecasts and the achievement of quota goals, ensuring continuous growth and success Owing sales quotes process and commercial documentation: Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs and tailor quotes and proposals to meet those needs effectively. Establish and enforce an efficient approval process for quotes and commercial documentation, involving relevant stakeholders as needed Oversight of commercial offers: Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings. Develop and implement pricing strategies for products and services, ensuring they meet profitability targets and market demand Data Management and Analysis: Generate regular reports to analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and assist in forecasting sales revenue and pipeline growth. Maintain data integrity and accuracy in our CRM system, while leveraging reports and insights for effective data-driven decision making Developing, and implementing Training Programs and Onboarding Process Management: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new sales team members, ensuring they understand company products, services, and sales processes. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including system access, introduction to team members, and initial training schedules Support Sales Team: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product documentation, and competitive analysis
- Coordinate and facilitate regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation and nurturing strategies. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including quote generation, order processing, and contract management. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as finance, legal, and product development. Address and resolve any operational issues or roadblocks that may impact the sales process
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to sales operations and CRM management. Nevertheless, seek opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge in sales enablement and deal structuring
Requirements
- Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 3- 5+ years' experience in B2B deal structuring, sales operations role, or related
- Responsibilities like lead generation and customer acquisition for a B2B SaaS, with a proven track record
- Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools and Google Drive
- Proficiency with CRM software i.e. Hubspot and other sales tool i.e. Lusha LI Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize deal structures and sales processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in English (any additional language like German, Italian, or French is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and contracts effectively
- Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback, and find solutions
