We are looking for:
Someone who is bright, proactive and highly organised, with previous experience supporting a sales, commercial or other revenue-generating team.
You will ideally have worked within a smaller or high-growth organisation and genuinely enjoy the variety that comes with being part of a scaling business. This isn't a role for someone who wants a narrow remit – you'll need to be equally comfortable producing a sales performance report, supporting an important client pitch or helping resolve an issue in the office.
Strong Salesforce experience is essential, as you will take real ownership of the system and help embed best practice across the sales team. You will also need excellent Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company at an exciting stage of its growth, with excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity for your role to develop as the business continues to scale.
It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English, with no visa restrictions to work in the UK.
Hybrid working with a minimum of four days per week in the office.
We are looking for someone who can start ASAP so it is essential that you are on no more than 4 weeks notice.
