Basic Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience.
- Preferred: Implementation Experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of CPQ business processes, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with manufacturing constraints (material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc.).
- Process Improvement: Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems to enhance efficiency.
- System Integration: Exposure to enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-Commerce) is a plus.
- Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SCRUM is desirable.
- Operational Insight: Knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes is beneficial.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to support multiple geographically dispersed teams.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
Oracle CPQ Developer Key Accountabilities
- Develop a deep understanding of sales and quoting processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate existing CPQ solutions and identify opportunities for standardization and consolidation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective CPQ solutions.
- Design and architect CPQ configurations and commerce flows to enable cross-selling of products (pumps, valves, seals).
- Participate in hands-on solution development, ensuring scalability and compatibility across product lines.
- Support testing and deployment efforts to maintain a stable and efficient CPQ environment.
- Review existing and proposed solutions with a focus on performance, stability, and optimization.
- Integrate CPQ with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide troubleshooting and programming support for Oracle CPQ applications.
- Foster continuous improvement by refining solutions and ideas through team collaboration.
- Serve as a thought leader within the CPQ Solution Delivery team, contributing to the Enterprise CPQ program.
