CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER | RENEWABLE INFRASTRUCTURE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished CFO / Senior Finance Leader to join a growing integrated services business operating across the renewable infrastructure sector.
This is far more than a traditional finance role.
We’re looking for a commercially driven, hands-on finance leader who can partner with the senior leadership team, strengthen financial performance and help shape the next phase of growth.
You’ll take ownership across:
• Financial strategy, planning & performance
• Cash flow, working capital & treasury
• Board and executive reporting
• Commercial analysis & strategic decision-making
• Governance, controls, compliance & risk
• Investment appraisal & capital projects
• M&A, integration and growth opportunities
• Commercial negotiations & contract reviews
• Finance transformation, systems & ERP
You’ll ideally be ACA qualified, with significant senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior finance executive.
Experience across renewables, energy, infrastructure, construction, mining, manufacturing or industrial services would be particularly attractive.
Exposure to private equity, high-growth businesses, M&A or transformation would also be highly regarded.
