We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Salesforce CPQ expertise to develop, tailor, and improve CPQ solutions that simplify quoting, pricing, and approval processes, collaborating with Admins and DevOps teams to guarantee seamless releases and deployments.
Responsibilities

Architect, construct, and set up Salesforce CPQ capabilities including product bundles, product rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows

Build and enhance bundles, product options, constraints, and discount logic

Build and maintain CPQ automation and integrations leveraging Apex, Flows, SOQL, and platform events when necessary
-
Adjust intricate pricing models such as slab pricing, subscription pricing, block pricing, and automated discounting
-
Enhance custom quote templates, proposal documents, and connections with e-signature tools like DocuSign
-
Maintain and update quote templates, proposal documents, and e-signature integrations
-
Identify and fix CPQ problems including performance issues, pricing inaccuracies, and data inconsistencies
-
Ensure CPQ configurations follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and version control guidelines

Support release cycles, deployments, and UAT phases in partnership with Admins and DevOps teams

Deliver comprehensive technical documentation and lead continuous process enhancements
Requirements
-
6-9 years in software development
-
3–5 years functioning as a Salesforce developer
-
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Steel Brick) experience
-
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flow Builder
-
Deep understanding of the CPQ data model, product rules (configuration, validation, selection), price rules, lookup tables, and the quoting lifecycle
-
Capability to enhance CPQ performance for large bundles or complex pricing logic

Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools
-
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification

Background with Salesforce Billing or subscription-based pricing structures

Expertise in linking CPQ with external systems (like billing, ERP, or pricing engines) via APIs or middleware such as Boomi or MuleSoft
